Yellowstone We are going for an adventure in Yellowstone! This trip is open to all seniors (and after that juniors) from Lewiston and Coeur d'Alene area. For details see Coming Up!
Outreach Coordinators UBMS is currently hiring one outreach coordinator for Coeur d'Alene and one outreach coordinator for Lewiston to serve the three respective area schools. If you are interested or somebody who is, applications are both at the University of Idaho Exempt Position Openings under Program Coordinator.
Upward Bound Math Science had a great summer! We had a very exciting summer again. This year we were offering power engineering, cryptology programming, wilderness, free-writing, McCall outdoor exploration, college entry algebra and general math, and all spiced up with some ethnic cooking, many activities like swimming, Frisbee golf, soccer. UBMS bridge participant Phillip Maddi did an internship with Indrajit Charit working on a new composit that might be used in space someday.
