What if I'm a New
Director?
Then you've come to the right place!
This training is
well suited for new as well as veteran directors.
The fact that group size is limited
and content is program specific lends itself to easy comprehension for
the beginning director. The information is layered so that each activity
or case example can present varying degrees of difficulty depending on the level
of each participant. New directors participate in the sessions along with the
veteran directors where they are able to benefit from the veterans' experience,
especially in the question and answer sessions. The General Session is designed
as an introduction for new directors and an
in-depth examination for veteran directors.
All training faculty have previously
conducted training for new directors and are very aware of their needs,
thus the faculty are able to provide new directors with the level of complexity
appropriate to their level of understanding.
