Inquiry Model

The following are the steps:

1.  Forming the question

    This may be done by presenting a puzzling event, interesting questions, or observations that arouse curiosity.

    Review the concept(s) that are will be studied

 

2. Observation of facts and behaviors related to the question

    Objects: Their nature and identity

    Events: verify occurrences/nature of events

    Properties: verify behaviors of objects under specific conditions

3. Make generalizations

4. Form Hypothesis

5. Test hypothesis

6. Organize and formulate an explanation for further reasoning and generalize to related events
