letter grades will be determined by the following standard:

A =   Participant presents strong support for positions taken on middle level issues.

         Participant provides feedback to other class participants via e-mail with instructor.

         Participant demonstrates strong commitment to their study of middle level principles.

         All assignments are completed by last week of class.

         Format is easy to follow and understand.

B =  Participant demonstrates a good understanding of middle level issues.

        Assignments are clear and understandable.

        Participant communicates frequently with instructor via e-mail.

        All assignments are completed by last week of class.

C =  Participant completes assignments in a timely manner.

        Assignments  are applicable to their personal situation.
