Impact of Federal Department of Education TRIO Grants on Education in Idaho - 2003

Five public Idaho colleges and universities expect to help a total 7,620 under represented students and adults succeed at high school and enter college programs this year, thanks to $5.4 million in federal grants from the U.S. Department of Education.
Most of the students served are from Idaho families on limited incomes. Focus often is on students with disabilities or students whose parents do not have a four-year college degree.
