This important document has had a large distribution politically and educationally across America. A 35 page document that has been used in the United States Congress, was evaluated by President George W. Bush, used by American Football Coaches Association, Dr. William Bennet, Former Secretary of Education under President George H. W. Bush, evaluated Dallas City Schools, Governor’s Office in Colorado, Pat Kempthorne of Governor’s Office of Idaho.
