The Servant Leadership Judgment
Inventory is designed to assess individual and peer evaluated moral
values associated with character driven servant leadership.
Participants read and answer 50 questions over the following topics:
honorable nature, serving others, inspiration to others, a plan of
action, and courage. Their answers are evaluated based on a five point
Likert Scale from Most Like Me to Not Like Me.
