In addition, mentored and advised master's candidates in the development of their masters theses.

          Also, at SPU, developed and delivered courses for continuing credits for teachers.  Course subject matter focused on training teachers to become effective coaches.

          * NOTE: The Lesgaft Institute, during my tenure, was regarded as the premier academy of its type in all of Eastern Europe and Russia. It was renown for developing Olympic and national caliber athletes and coaches. I had the privilege of working early in my career as a scientific coaching advisor to various national teams, one of which (the national women's volleyball team) won the Gold Medal in the 1980 Olympics.
